How far in advance should I book?

Twenty-four hours is comfortable for most trips, and we regularly accommodate same-day requests. Event weeks, holidays and multi-vehicle group movements should be reserved as early as possible.

Is every reservation confirmed by a person?

Yes. Online requests are reviewed and confirmed by our coordination team, not by an automated dispatch system. You will receive a written confirmation with the vehicle class, chauffeur assignment window and pickup details.

Can I book on behalf of someone else?

Absolutely. Executive assistants and travel coordinators book the majority of our travel. Add the traveler's contact details in the request and we will communicate directly with them on the day.

Can I add stops to an existing trip?

Yes. Additional stops can be added when booking or on the day through your chauffeur or the coordination line. Hourly as-directed service is often the better fit for itineraries with several stops.

Do you monitor flights?

Yes. We track the live arrival for every airport pickup at IAD, DCA and BWI and adjust the pickup time automatically. You do not need to call us when a flight moves.

Where will my chauffeur meet me?

Curbside pickup is standard. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal at baggage claim, with a name sign and luggage assistance, is available on request when booking.

How much waiting time is included?

Domestic arrivals include complimentary waiting time from touchdown, with additional allowance for international arrivals to cover immigration and customs.

What if my flight is cancelled?

Let us know as soon as you can and we will rebook the pickup for the new arrival at no penalty, subject to our cancellation policy for same-day changes.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

You can request a specific class, and a specific model where availability allows. Every vehicle in the fleet is black, late-model and prepared before dispatch.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Executive and flagship sedans carry up to three passengers with two to three bags, SUVs carry up to six with five to six bags, and executive vans carry up to fourteen with twelve or more bags.

Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats can be fitted on request — please specify the child's age and weight when booking.

How is pricing calculated?

Point-to-point transfers are quoted as a flat rate based on route and vehicle class. As-directed travel is billed hourly with a minimum. Long-distance journeys are quoted as a single fixed price before you travel.

Quotes state exactly what is included. Tolls and standard gratuity are typically included in flat rates, with parking and airport fees itemized where they apply.

Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly invoicing, saved traveler profiles, authorized bookers and a named coordination contact.
